In the bitmap monogram project, I explored how scale, proportion, and line weight could be used to create a visually compelling and legible letterform. The final design balances negative space with precise, modular construction, using the grid system as a foundational structure. I incorporated both thick and thin elements as a way to build contrast and rhythm within the monogram, creating appendages that offered dynamic points of interest without overwhelming the form. The design reflects intentional choices regarding symmetry and proportion to maintain harmony.
