For the Cooper’s Hill Cheese-Rolling Festival poster, I aimed to convey the chaotic energy and playful spirit of the event through vibrant color and typographic experimentation. The composition uses visual hierarchy to emphasize key information, with the bold yellow cheese wheel functioning as a focal point and central anchor. The use of blue and green gradients was a deliberate choice to represent the hill and sky, providing a grounded sense of place while maintaining color balance across the layout. Informational text is guided by weight variation and directional lines, helping structure the viewer’s eye movement and reinforcing clarity.
